“Always a quick response from the team at Arrow Comms. We had an issue at a site, where a building contractor had accidentally cut through the lines. Once they said the lines ad been re-instated, Arrow sent an engineer to check the terminals in our office and proved that the contractors still hadn’t connected our lines back up. The contractors refused to believe that there were ever any lines going into that office, Arrow sent through proof of the order within minutes of requesting it. Contractors are now going to rectify the issue.
